Job Summary
Thoroughly clean all vehicles prior to final delivery to the customer and provide support to the repair center by shuttling customers and vehicles to appropriate locations. Maintain all service tools and equipment in the detail department while following Caliber and OEM standards. This role requires consistent physical activity including kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs, along with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license and eligibility for Caliber's insurance policy. Caliber Collision is one of the nation's largest auto collision repair providers with over 1,600 centers nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Have a valid driver's license
- Be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions

- Collision Vo-Tech certification
