Job Summary
Thoroughly clean all vehicles prior to final delivery to the customer and provide support to the repair center by shuttling customers and vehicles to appropriate locations while maintaining all service tools and equipment in the detail department. Follow Caliber and OEM standards for all procedures. Perform consistent physical activity including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs. Prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment. This role is based at the Service Center in Rancho Santa Margarita and requires a valid driver's license. Caliber Collision, a nation's largest auto collision repair provider, promotes from within and offers I-CAR and ASE certifications.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Ability to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
