Job Summary
Prepare vehicles for auction by performing interior detailing, upholstery cleaning, window cleaning, pre-wash, buffering, and quality control. Work in team units applying proper techniques for exterior and interior cleaning processes while using vehicle inspection methods to maintain standards. Conduct pre-sale reconditioning tasks including buffer work and final quality checks to ensure sale-ready presentation. Schedule runs Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. This role is part of ADESA's vehicle processing lifecycle, serving as the last stop before vehicles reach auction or remarketing.
Required Qualifications
- Clean Background
- Valid Drivers License
- Clean Driving Record
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Physical activity capability ranging from Light to Medium Physical Work
- Visual acuity including color, depth perception, and field of vision comparable to definitions for Clerical, Administrative, Machine Operators (including inspection) positions
- Ability to work in inside and outside environmental working conditions including temperature changes, outside weather conditions, slightly elevated ambient noise levels, and minor atmospheric conditions affecting skin or respiratory systems such as fumes, odors and dusts
