Auto Detail and Make Ready

Assist make-ready and detail technicians while maintaining inventory and acting as a liaison between department staff and sales managers to facilitate new and pre-owned vehicle processes. Detail client vehicles as needed and perform quality control inspections before bringing vehicles to the frontline. Note any damage and notify service immediately to file claims within 24 hours, coordinating with sales and service teams to ensure on-time deliveries. Maintain strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation. Attend department meetings regularly. Compensation is based on experience, with benefits including vacation, 401k, and medical insurance.
