Job Summary
Field Auto Damage Trainee responsible for inspecting and assessing vehicle damage, estimating repair costs, negotiating equitable settlements, and coordinating with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers. Customer-facing role requiring strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills; ability to adapt, prioritize, and multitask across platforms. Licensing and continuing education are provided, with hands-on training at the Ashburn, VA facility as well as field training centers in NY, TX, and CA. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
- Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided)
- Valid driver’s license that meets underwriting guidelines
