Job Summary
Auto Damage Trainee at GEICO — you will inspect and assess vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, negotiate settlements, and coordinate with body shops, rental agencies, and parts providers. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license meeting company underwriting guidelines
- Experience in customer-facing roles preferred
- Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs is preferred
- Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided)
