Job Summary
Inspect and assess vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, and negotiate equitable settlements for customers in the Lombard, IL area. Partner with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers to resolve claims while managing fleet vehicles and rental cars. Consult with involved parties, review insurance contracts, and write estimates to ensure positive customer experiences. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requires a valid driver's license and customer-facing experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license that meets company underwriting guidelines
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Customer-facing experience
- Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals
- Active Adjusters license
