Job Summary
Inspect and assess vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, and negotiate equitable settlements for customers in the Boise, ID area. Consult with involved parties, review insurance contracts, and manage rental cars while resolving concerns to ensure a positive experience. Partner with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers to drive customer satisfaction. Requires an active adjuster's license, valid driver's license, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Includes 3 weeks of hands-on training at the Ashburn, VA facility followed by field training in NY, TX, or CA.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license that meets company underwriting guidelines
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
