Auto Damage Trainee (Field)

Inspect and assess vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, and negotiate equitable settlements for customers in the Trenton, NJ and Philadelphia, PA areas. Consult with involved parties, review insurance contracts, and manage rental cars while resolving customer concerns to ensure positive experiences. Partner with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers to drive satisfaction through meaningful interactions. Requires an active adjuster license, valid driver's license, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Includes 3 weeks of hands-on training at the Ashburn, VA facility followed by field rotation.
