Job Summary
Conduct field assessments and settle complex auto damage claims using technical knowledge and industry standards. Evaluate vehicle damage, verify coverage, and communicate settlement decisions to customers while maintaining accurate records. Maintain a valid Motor Vehicle Damage Adjuster/Appraiser's License and possess a solid driver's license meeting company underwriting guidelines. Work in the Trenton, NJ and Philadelphia, PA territories, requiring flexibility for field, remote, or in-office assignments. Requires minimum 12 months of Auto Damage experience and strong mechanical aptitude.
Required Qualifications
- Motor Vehicle Damage Adjuster/Appraiser's License
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits
- Minimum of 12 months of Auto Damage experience
- Track record of success delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to promptly and accurately settle claims
- Ability to handle complex claims
- Technical and industry knowledge
- Solid computer, mechanical aptitude
