Job Summary
Auto Body Technician responsible for the meticulous assessment and quality repair of each customer’s vehicle to restore it to pre-accident condition. This role disassembles, repairs, and reassembles vehicle components, realigns chassis, and replaces or repairs glass, interiors, and body parts. Uses tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers; applies filler resins for dents; welds and attaches parts; paints with factory-specified or equivalent finishes; completes work orders within labor time guidelines; inspects vehicles post-repair to ensure accuracy. Works with teammates to meet KPIs and uphold the company’s WOW operating standards, with emphasis on speed, quality, and customer excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer
