Job Summary
Document all loss facts to ensure faster cycle times, review inspection methods with customers, and differentiate between repairable and totaled vehicles based on damages. Promote the CURE Direct Repair Program benefits, identify red flags for file handlers, and communicate critical information to legal and medical professionals. Assist claims professionals with day-to-day assignments, perform analytical work, and handle direct interactions with claimants to gather resolution data. Adhere to established cycle times while attending training modules to grow within the position. Maintain high customer service standards in a fast-paced environment requiring frequent movement, standing, and typing.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable working at a fast pace with deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to frequently move about the office to coordinate work with others
- Ability to stand, sit and type for extended periods
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 5 lbs
- Ability to frequently communicate with others in-person, on the phone/virtually, and in writing
- Ability to read, understand, process and evaluate large amounts of technical information and make related, informed decisions
- Prompt and regular attendance
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of automobile components, systems, repair procedures, and related options is a plus
