Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Auto Claims Property Damage Supervisor to manage the productivity and compliance of a claims unit, ensure quality standards and lead a team of adjusters.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years auto liability claims experience
- Strong technical and administrative background in auto claims handling
- Ability to work independently on technical and administrative matters in accordance with company policy and procedures
- Background in personnel selection, goal setting, monitoring and communicating performance
- Good leadership, training and development skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to pass written examinations where required by state statutes to become a licensed claim adjuster / supervisor
Desired Qualifications
- Prior Supervisory experience over Auto Adjusters
- Prior Non-Standard Auto Claims experience
