Job Summary
Open new auto claims over the phone with customers; interview insureds and witnesses to gather accounts, determine coverage by analyzing policy details, assess liability and review damage, and settle claims fairly with confirmed damage amounts and payments. Requires a Personal Lines auto claims adjuster licence and successful completion of AMF exams, plus experience in a similar role. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential, with proficiency in multiple computer systems and the ability to adapt to a changing environment. Bilingual in English and French (advanced English) is expected, as you will regularly interact with both English-speaking and French-speaking customers.
