Job Summary
Auto Claims Adjuster role with hybrid work model in multiple Quebec locations (Montreal, Laval, Quebec City, Saint-Hyacinthe). Training provided to obtain/complete the claims adjuster licence; strong customer service, analytical, and communication skills required. Responsibilities include opening new claims over the phone, interviewing insureds/witnesses, determining coverage, liability, and damages, and settling claims with fair payments. Requires licence and completion of relevant exams; 35-hour workweek with 9–5 schedule; bilingual in English and French preferred for Quebec interactions. Required Qualifications
- Claims adjuster licence
- Attestation of college studies (AEC) in Insurance or completed CEGEP or bachelor’s degree
- High school diploma plus three years of full-time work experience (exception)
