Job Summary
Auto Body Technician responsible for assessing and repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition, disassembling/reassembling, realigning chassis, removing and replacing damaged sections with parts, repairing glass and interior components, welding and repainting, and ensuring work meets labor-time guidelines and KPIs. Requires ability to read job orders, work with minimal supervision, and use tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers. Education includes high school diploma or equivalent plus technical schooling or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair; physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs, work in a noisy environment, and perform bending/kneeling.
