Job Summary
Auto Body Technician responsible for inspecting, disassembling, repairing, and reassembling vehicles to restore them to pre-accident condition. Uses tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers to repair sections, realigns chassis and frames, replaces damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts, and performs welding and painting to ensure quality, speed, and customer excellence. Works with team to meet KPIs and contribute to a positive brand experience, following the WOW plan and completing work within labor time guidelines. Education includes high school diploma or equivalent and either technical school completion or a 3-year apprenticeship; must read job orders and collaborate with other repairers; physically capable of tasks in a noisy environment with lifting requirements. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer

- Thorough understanding of how to use tools required for the trade
- Must be able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present
