Job Summary
Auto Body Technician responsible for meticulous assessment and quality repair of vehicles to restore pre-accident condition. Performs disassembly, repair, and reassembly, realigns chassis, replaces or repairs parts and glass, welds and paints as needed, and ensures work is completed within labor time guidelines while delivering a strong customer experience. Works with team members to achieve KPIs and acts as a Brand Ambassador. Utilizes tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers, and prepares cost estimates for customers; prioritizes safety and quality in a noisy shop environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Successful completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.
