Job Summary
Auto Body Technician responsible for thorough assessment and precise repair of vehicles to pre-accident condition. Tasks include disassembly/reassembly, realigning chassis, welding and fittings, replacement or repair of components and glass, repainting to factory specs, and preparing cost estimates. Works with team to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional customer experience, adhering to the WOW plan. Requires ability to read job orders, operate with limited supervision, and use automotive body tools. Education: high school diploma or equivalent; plus technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair. Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform bending, kneeling, and squatting as needed.
