Job Summary
Auto Body Technician responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience through meticulous assessment and high-quality repair of each vehicle to restore it to pre-accident condition. Responsibilities include disassembling, repairing, and reassembling vehicles, realigning chassis/frames, replacing or repairing damaged sections and parts (including glass, interiors), welding and repainting to factory-specified standards, and achieving repair KPIs within the WOW Operating Way. Requires ability to read job orders, work with minimal supervision, collaborate with other repairers, and apply a thorough understanding of auto body repair methods and tool usage. Education includes a high school diploma or equivalent plus technical school completion or a 3-year apprenticeship. Physical requirements include lifting up to 30 pounds, bending, kneeling, and working in a noisy environment.
