Job Summary
Auto Body Technician responsible for the meticulous assessment and quality repair of customer vehicles to restore them to pre-accident condition. Plans repair work, prepares cost estimates, and disassembles/reassembles vehicles while ensuring speed, quality, and customer excellence. Uses tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers; hammers dents, applies filler resins, realigns chassis, and replaces/repaints with factory-specified paint. Replaces or repairs glass, interior parts, and other components, and inspects completed work to meet labor-time guidelines. Maintains a collaborative, KPI-driven workflow with the WOW operating method and emphasizes a strong customer experience. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent plus completion of a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair; physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work safely in a noisy environment.
