Job Summary
Auto Body Technician responsible for the meticulous assessment and quality repair of each customer’s vehicle to restore it to pre-accident condition; disassembles, repairs, and reassembles vehicles; works to achieve the repair facility’s KPIs and acts as a Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group; uses tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers to repair sections, realigns chassis, replaces parts and glass, welds and paints vehicles, and aims to complete work orders within labor time guidelines while ensuring quality and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Successful completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer
