Job Summary
Auto Body Technician needed in Red Deer to perform structural and non-structural vehicle repairs, including disassembly/reassembly, repairing body panels, interior/exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories. Uses frame equipment, adheres to WOW plan, and strives to meet KPIs (Sales/CP/EBITA/BHPD/NPS). Requires high school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary auto body program completion, and at least 3 years of experience; MIG/TIG welding experience; Red Seal/310B preferred and I-CAR registration (Gold Class a plus). Must have own toolbox and valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of Post-Secondary Education in an Auto Body Repair Program
- Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience
- Welding experience (MIG, TIG welding)
- Red Seal or 310B is preferred
- I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification)
- Own toolbox
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
