Job Summary
The Auto Body Technician is responsible for performing structural and non-structural repairs on vehicles, including disassembling, repairing, and reassembling vehicle components. The technician must ensure consistent execution of the WOW plan, repair vehicle body panels, disassemble and reassemble vehicles, and assess structural components. Important skills include experience in welding (MIG, TIG) and meeting KPIs related to sales and productivity. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with post-secondary education in an Auto Body Repair Program.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience
- Welding experience (MIG, TIG welding)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 Lbs
- Own toolbox
Desired Qualifications
- Red Seal or 310B
- I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification)
