Job Summary
Auto Body Technician responsible for assessing and repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition, disassembling/reassembling, realigning chassis, replacing parts, welding and repainting, and ensuring quality within labor time guidelines. Must use tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers; read job orders and work with minimal supervision; collaborate with other shop staff to achieve KPIs and uphold brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Successful completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer
