Job Summary
Auto Body Technician responsible for assessing and repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition; disassemble/reassemble, realign chassis, replace damaged sections and parts, weld and repaint, and ensure quality and customer excellence. Collaborates with team to plan repairs, prepare cost estimates, uses cutting tools, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers; performs repairs on body, glass, interior components, and finishes per factory specs, within labor time guidelines, and inspects completed work to meet KPIs and WOW standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer
