Job Summary
Auto Body Technician responsible for assessing and repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition, disassembling/reassembling, realigning chassis, replacing/repairing parts, and applying paint to meet quality and speed KPIs. Uses tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers; performs dent repair with filler resins when needed; works with the team to ensure thorough customer-experience and adherence to the WOW plan. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and either technical school completion or a 3-year apprenticeship; able to read job orders, collaborate with other repairers, and lift up to 30 pounds; physical work in a shop environment with exposure to odors and noise.
Required Qualifications

- Successful completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer
