Job Summary
Auto Body Technician responsible for meticulous assessment and quality repair of vehicles to pre-accident condition, disassembling/reassembling, realigning chassis/frames, replacing or repairing parts and glass, applying filler resins, welding and painting, and completing work orders within labor time guidelines. Must read job orders, collaborate with other repairers, and ensure workmanship meets KPIs. Requires ability to use cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, pliers; physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds; able to work in a noisy environment with odors. Education includes a high school diploma or equivalent, plus technical school or apprenticeship.
