Job Summary
Auto Body Technician responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience through meticulous assessment and high-quality repair of vehicles to restore them to pre-accident condition. Fully disassembles, repairs, and reassembles vehicles, aligning with KPIs and acting as a Brand Ambassador. Uses tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers; dent removal and filler application; realigns chassis/frames; replaces damaged sections and glass; welds and attaches parts; preps and repaints with factory-specified paint. Aims to complete work orders within labor time guidelines and ensures final inspection meets quality standards. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and completion of technical school or a 3-year apprenticeship; ability to read job orders, work with teammates, and operate with safety in a noisy environment.
