Job Summary
Performs collision repair on damaged vehicles, plans repair processes, uses a frame machine, and supervises an apprentice as needed. Responsible for quality repairs while maintaining on-time status, deciding between repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, and cycle time, and ensuring job-site safety. Conducts vehicle repairs with removal of upholstery and related components to gain access to areas needing repair; utilizes power tools and hand tools to finish repairs; participates in safety meetings; provides guidance to apprentices and explains procedures when needed. Familiarity with vehicle repair processes by manufacturers and I-CAR welding certification are preferred. Compensation includes a commission/flag pay structure with benefits and a paid-minimum guarantee aligned to local wage requirements.

- Certification in body repair preferred
- I-CAR welding certified
- Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer
- Skill in analyzing and interpreting measuring data
- Must be able to pass thorough background check
- Ability to supervise repair personnel
