Auto Body Technician responsible for examining damaged vehicles and efficiently planning repair, performing quality repairs while maintaining on-time status, and deciding between repair vs. replace based on safety, cost, and cycle time. Responsibilities include removing upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic components to access areas, directing an apprentice when needed, and participating in safety meetings. Requires frame machine operation, knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturers, I-CAR welding certification, and the ability to supervise repair personnel.
