Job Summary
Auto Body Technician is responsible for examining damaged vehicles, planning and performing repairs, coordinating with teammates, and ensuring on-time completion. Must leverage frame-machine capabilities, perform surface finishing and sanding, manage repair vs. replace decisions with safety and cost considerations, and may supervise an apprentice when needed. Certification in body repair and I-CAR welding credentials are valued, with emphasis on understanding vehicle repair processes by manufacturer and the ability to supervise repair personnel. Required Qualifications
