Auto Body Technician at Crash Champions performs collision repairs with an emphasis on examining vehicle damage, planning repairs, and communicating repair status. Responsibilities include making repair vs. replace decisions considering safety, cost, and cycle time; removing upholstery and related components to access damage; directing apprentices as needed; sanding and finishing repaired surfaces; and participating in safety meetings. Requires ability to use a frame machine, knowledge of vehicle repair processes, and I-CAR welding certification. Required Qualifications
