Job Summary
Auto Body Technician at Crash Champions responsible for examining damaged vehicles, planning repairs, communicating repair status, and performing quality repairs with on-time focus. Role involves deciding between repair vs. replacement based on safety, cost, and cycle time; removing upholstery and components to access areas; directing an apprentice when needed; and using power and hand tools to finish surfaces. Must be able to supervise repair personnel and participate in safety meetings; experience with frame machines and I-CAR welding certification is preferred. Compensation includes a commission/flag rate structure with a pay range of $65,000 to $161,640 per year and benefits. Location is Columbus, OH with in-person work; remote not offered.
