Auto Body Technician at Crash Champions responsible for examining damaged vehicles, planning repair workflows, performing quality repairs on schedule, and deciding between repair vs. replacement with safety and cost considerations. Duties include removing upholstery and components to access areas, directing apprentices as needed, using frame machines and tools, and participating in safety meetings. Certification in body repair is preferred and I-CAR welding certification is required. Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes, measuring data, and supervising repair personnel, with the ability to pass a background check. Compensation includes a commission/flag pay structure with a stated pay range of $65,000–$179,280 per year and multiple benefits.
