Job Summary
Auto Body Technician with Crash Champions responsibilities: examine damaged vehicles and plan repairs, communicate repair status, perform quality repairs with on-time focus, decide between repair or replacement considering safety and cost, remove upholstery, electrical and hydraulic components to access areas, participate in safety meetings, file/grind/sand repaired surfaces with power and hand tools, and supervise an apprentice as needed. Requires ability to use a frame machine and I-CAR welding certification; certification in body repair preferred; knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer; background check required. Position is full-time with a commission/flag pay structure and comprehensive benefits.
