Auto Body Technician

Examine damaged vehicles and plan collision-repair workflows, communicate repair status to team, and perform high-quality repairs with a focus on safety, cost, and cycle time. Disassemble as needed to access components, use frame machines and power/hand tools to repair or replace parts, and ensure on-time delivery. Direct and mentor an apprentice when required, participate in safety meetings, and apply finishing techniques (grinding, sanding) while adhering to manufacturer specifications. This role supports a team in a high-volume body shop environment and contributes to customer satisfaction through thorough repairs and efficient workflow.
