Job Summary
Auto Body Technician with Crash Champions. Responsible for examining damaged vehicles, planning repair processes, communicating repair status, performing high-quality repairs on-time, deciding between repair vs. replace based on safety, cost, and cycle time, removing upholstery and components to access damage, and supervising an apprentice when needed. Must use, and be proficient with, frame machines and power/hand tools, and participate in safety meetings. Role requires knowledge of vehicle repair processes, ability to read/measuring data, and capability to supervise repair personnel; background check clearance is required. Required Qualifications
- Certification in body repair (preferred)
- I-CAR welding certified
