Job Summary
Auto Body Technician at Crash Champions responsible for examining damaged vehicles, planning repair processes, and communicating progress. Perform quality repairs with attention to on-time status, decide between repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, and cycle time. Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic components to access areas; conduct sanding/grinding using power and hand tools; participate in safety meetings. May direct and explain procedures to an apprentice when needed. Requires ability to use a frame machine and certification in body repair (I-CAR welding certification preferred). Includes supervising repair personnel, knowledge of the vehicle repair process by manufacturer, and successful background check.
Required Qualifications

- Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer
- Skill in analyzing and interpreting measuring data
- Must be able to pass thorough background check
