Job Summary
Auto Body Technician for Crash Champions who examines damaged vehicles, plans repairs, communicates repair status, and performs quality repairs while considering safety, cost, and cycle time. Responsibilities include deciding between repair vs. replace, removing upholstery and related components to gain access, participating in safety meetings, filing/grinding/sanding repaired surfaces, and directing an apprentice when needed. Requires frame machine usage, I-CAR welding certification, and body repair certification (preferred); strong ability to analyze measuring data and knowledge of manufacturer repair processes. Commission/flag pay structure with benefits and eligibility; location in Downey, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Certification in body repair preferred

- Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer
