Job Summary
Disassemble vehicles to assist estimators in assessing damage and preparing repair plans. Mend damaged body by hammering out dents, filling gaps, welding broken parts, and reassembling panels after painting. Operate hand and power tools including welders, cutting torches, and spray guns to file, grind, and sand repaired surfaces. Repair or replace defective parts and inspect and test drive vehicles to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Complete all work according to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. Valid driver's license required; I-CAR or ASE certifications preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid Driver's License Required
- Successful completion of background check required
Desired Qualifications
- I-CAR / ASE certifications preferred
- 2-3 years' collision repair experience preferred
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
