Job Summary

Disassemble vehicles to assist estimators in creating 100% repair plans and ensure all necessary repairs are identified to minimize time. Operate hand and power tools including welders, cutters, and spray guns to mend damaged body panels, ensuring gaps and fits meet industry standards. Remove and store upholstery, electrical, and hydraulic components to access damaged areas, then file, grind, and sand surfaces before transferring vehicles to the Paint Dept. Repair or replace defective parts and perform test drives to verify safety and quality compliance. Adhere to all standard operating procedures and safety guidelines while completing other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid Driver's License Required
  • Successful completion of background check required

Desired Qualifications

  • I-CAR / ASE certifications preferred
  • 2-3 years' collision repair experience preferred
  • Customer-focused attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
