Job Summary
Complete disassembly and repair of vehicles to support collision estimators in creating a 100% repair plan. Remove upholstery and access damaged areas, mend and replace damaged body parts, operate hand and power tools, prep surfaces for painting, inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to ensure safety/quality compliance, and perform related duties while adhering to SOPs. Requires 18+, possible I-CAR/ASE certifications, and 2-3 years collision repair experience; valid driver's license and background check required. On-site role in Renton, WA with benefits including 401K match, medical/dental/vision, PTO, and paid holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- I-CAR / ASE certifications preferred
- 2-3 years’ collision repair experience preferred
- Valid Driver's License Required
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
- Successful completion of background check required
