Job Summary
Blueprint and execute full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, restoring vehicles to factory specs. Perform panel and structural work, ensuring tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no shortcuts. Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through the shop while maintaining work location safety and tidiness. Handle all aspects of the repair process, including quality reassembly and fit and finish. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides
- Frame and structural know-how
- No-shortcuts mentality
- Sharp eye for detail
- Physically fit for the job
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
