Job Summary
Blueprint and execute full collision repairs, handling everything from fender benders to frame rebuilds to restore vehicles to factory specs. Perform panel and structural work, ensuring precise fit and finish on tightened bolts and perfected welds. Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through the shop while maintaining location safety and tidiness. This role requires at least two years of experience pulling, straightening, and squaring frames, with the ability to lift up to 50lbs. You will work with modern 3M products and industry-leading equipment at one of the nation's largest auto collision repair providers.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides
- Frame and structural know-how
- No-shortcuts mentality
- Sharp eye for detail
- Physically fit for the job
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
