Job Summary
Blueprint and execute full collision repairs, handling everything from fender benders to frame rebuilds. Pull, straighten, and square structural damage to return vehicles to factory specs, ensuring clean, precise fit and finish. Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through the shop while maintaining strict safety and tidiness standards. Work with modern 3M equipment and industry-leading gear to complete repairs quickly and confidently.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides
- Frame and structural know-how
- No-shortcuts mentality
- Sharp eye for detail
- Physically fit for the job
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
