Job Summary
Blueprint and execute collision repairs, handling everything from fender benders to frame rebuilds. Pull, straighten, and square damaged structures while ensuring fit and finish meet factory specs. Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through the shop efficiently. Maintain a clean, safe work environment and perform quality reassembly on every vehicle. This role requires at least two years of experience and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides
- Frame and structural know-how
- No-shortcuts mentality
- Sharp eye for detail
- Physically fit for the job
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
