Job Summary
Blueprint and execute full collision repairs, handling everything from fender benders to frame rebuilds. Straighten, square, and reassemble panels and structural components to factory specs, ensuring tightened bolts and perfected welds. Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through the shop while maintaining strict safety and tidiness standards. Requires at least two years of experience, ability to lift up to 50lbs, and I-CAR or ASE certifications.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides
- Frame and structural know-how
- No-shortcuts mentality
- Sharp eye for detail
- Physically fit for the job
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
