Job Summary
Blueprint and execute full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, restoring vehicles to factory specs. Pull, straighten, and square structural damage while ensuring clean, precise work with no shortcuts. Reassemble panels and apply tightened bolts and perfected welds to maintain quality fit and finish. Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through the shop while keeping work locations safe and tidy. Handle physical demands including lifting up to 50lbs.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides
- Frame and structural know-how
- No-shortcuts mentality
- Sharp eye for detail
- Physically fit for the job
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Team-first attitude
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
