Job Summary
Blueprint and execute full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, ensuring clean, precise work that meets factory specs. Handle panel and structural restoration, bringing bent, twisted, or torn vehicles back to original condition with a focus on fit and finish. Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through the shop efficiently while maintaining strict safety and tidiness standards. Perform repairs using industry-leading 3M products and modern equipment.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides
- Frame and structural know-how
- No-shortcuts mentality
- Sharp eye for detail
- Physically fit for the job
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
